Territory Days is a beloved Memorial Day Weekend tradition in Colorado Springs, celebrating its 50th year in 2025. Held annually in the historic Old Colorado City district, this free three-day street fair transforms Colorado Avenue between 23rd and 27th Streets into a vibrant showcase of local culture and heritage. The 2025 event is scheduled for May 24–26, with festivities running from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday.

Attendees can explore over 180 food and craft booths, offering a diverse array of handmade goods and delicious treats. The event features live entertainment with more than 30 bands performing across three stages, providing a soundtrack to the weekend's activities. Families will find plenty to enjoy, including a kids' play area, a petting zoo, and interactive attractions like gold panning and mechanical bull rides. Cultural experiences are also highlighted with Native American dance performances, Wild West gunfight reenactments, and blacksmith demonstrations.
To accommodate visitors, free shuttle services are available from the Colorado Springs C.A.B. Garage at 130 S Nevada Ave, with parking costing $1 per hour. Handicap-accessible parking is provided at select locations, including Pikes Peak Ave and Pikes Peak National Bank Drive-Thru. Please note that dogs are not permitted at the event.
