If you're craving a Fourth of July that feels as iconic as the American West itself, the Greeley StampedeĀ is your destination. More than just a parade or fireworks display, this celebration is a multi-day festival steeped in tradition, pride, and a whole lot of fun.
Every year, Greeley transforms into a hub of cowboy culture and community spirit. On the morning of July 4th, the streets come alive with the sounds of cheering crowds and marching bands. The Independence Day ParadeĀ kicks off with the crowd-favorite Longhorn Drive, followed by more than 120 entriesāfloats, classic cars, rodeo royalty, and horse-drawn wagons. Itās the kind of parade that brings the whole town together and gives visitors a true taste of hometown Americana.
But the celebration doesnāt end there. Over at Island Grove Regional Park, the Greeley StampedeĀ continues with 12 full days of action-packed events. Rodeos, bull riding, concerts, a massive carnival, and a Western art show draw in over 250,000 visitors every year.
